Let's get together for a Yin Yoga class! This style of yoga is at a slow and gentle pace, it also includes holding some poses for up to 2 minutes in order to target the connective tissues, fascia, and ligaments in the body, which increases flexibility, circulation in the joints and relaxation. Our main focus will be the upper back, shoulders and neck and will conclude with full body relaxation. After class you will feel well-rested and very relaxed!
