As well as the regular exhibition telling the story of the creation of Flevoland there are also two temporary exhibitions. 'Sink or swim' tells the story of water in the Netherlands at a glance. It looks at the (future) measures taken by Dutch against rising sea levels and the growing supply of water from the large rivers. "Where will we go?" is a photographic visualization of the effects of sea level rise by photographer Kadir van Lohuizen. The sea level rise is no longer a problem of the future but already has great urgency.
